As a "tech team whisperer" I work to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, helping leaders and teams leverage technology effectively to achieve business goals. My fluency in both languages fosters clear communication and understanding between tech teams and different departments.

Cutting my teeth with a number of high-tech start-ups in Ireland, I then transitioned to research commercialisation centres and corporates where I have driven innovation agendas, led groundbreaking product launches and set the foundations for high-impact collaborations.
As a highly experienced consultant, facilitator, and coach my work spans public sector and private clients ranging in size and industry including utilities, professional services, manufacturing/engineering, Government agencies, and Education bodies.
As well as running my business, I am a dedicated Board Director for Hunter iF , a for purpose organisation that connects innovation with opportunity to advance the Hunter Region.
I am also a proud judge for the annual national #techdiversityawards which celebrates organisations that champion DE+I in creating a thriving technology workforce.
